Chelsea Rose, Director of Southern OR University Lab of Anthropology, on the Oregon Chinese Diaspora Project: Uncovering and Maintaining Chinese-American History in Oregon presented by Dr. Jennifer Fang at Obelisk Brewery in Astoria. Artists Luisa Mack & Gregory Gorham with “Oysterville, Pearl of the Peninsula”, an exhibit by eight artists in diverse mediums at Marie Powell Gallery & Luisa Mack Jewelry & Art at the Port of Ilwaco, WA. Artists Connie Dillon, Courtney Pownall & Laura Janes, three of the more than 50 exhibiting artists in AVA’s Annual Astoria Open Studios Tour throughout Astoria and beyond.
