Scott Leahing of Dots & Doodles presents “Colors of Holland” July 28-29 with demos, workshops & the film “Loving Vincent”. Guests include Tiffanie Mang & Charlene Mosely who hand painted the film, and coordinator Dennis Metcalf of Royal Talens which provided the paint.
